On Monday, January 27, 2025, our Most Glorious Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) sent a message for the happy occasion of Lunar New Year. Besides Her New Year greetings, Master emphasized how simple it is for anyone to learn the Quan Yin Method of meditation and realize God under the guidance of a completely enlightened Master. She also kindly explained why some foods experience pain when used by humans or others and how we can multiply our blessings to help ourselves and others.
